    Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Internet is experiencing an unprecedented surge in traffic as most work from home. As a result, many leading video hosting websites are reducing bandwidth and quality, which can impact the RealDownloader at times. Our team is hard at work to ensure that the RealDownloader is functioning at its best. We request your understanding, as it may sometimes be necessary to retry downloading a video after a while.

    Apparently Realplayer support really doesn't care about this issue, since I posted the same problem a few days ago and haven't gotten any response.  Just a sentence or two that they acknowledge the problem and are working on it would be extremely helpful.
