No videos

I search for a video and I get a blank screen.  I have been trying for 5 weeks now and have yet to be able to download anything.  I should be credited the fee I am charged while you are having difficulty.  I try at different times of the day to search songs and I get the blank screen.  Unsatisfactory!  You are using COVID 19 as an excuse.  It shouldn't take this long to figure out what you need to do.

  You can search and download videos using a web browser instead of using RealPlayer.

  I have been having the same issue with search. I notified Realplayer about 8 weeks ago about the issue and threatened to end my account. I am probably going to do that until they resolve the issue. If enough of us stop paying, they may eventually respond with a solution.
