not being able to get any videos i ask for
when I go to web videos and ask for any vedio the pages come up blank
even when i put a name in it still comes blank

I have had a similar problem. Real Player Premium gives me recommended videos but the search for videos operation gives a blank screen with a +today window in upper left corner. Search for video has not worked since mid march regardless of device used. No way to contact Real Player has been found. Paying monthly for the premium service but the program is busted. There is a Covid 19 message that apparently real player is using to excuse the non performance of their product.
