Stuck backing up..says its in the process of backing everything up..but isn't..

Click "Backup "  "Uploading 1 of 5" Thats as far as it goes. Stuck thats where it stays, Does not do it.

  Have you restarted your computer? Backing up technically means it is uploading to the Cloud. If you have any internet connectivity issues or something else going on, it may be stuck at this stage. Restarting your computer could help fixing this.

  Also, please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer.

  Please let us know if it still stays at the same stage.
