Real player interface comes up and then doesn't play anything.

Hello,

When I try to access Youtube through Google, the Real player interface comes up and then doesn't play anything.

I've uninstall-re-install, but hat has no effect.

YouTube opens in Explorer as it usually does in Googel.

I need to use YouTube for research.

Please advise how I can resolve this.

  If we understand correctly, when you using Google web browser and go to YouTube to play any video, RealPlayer opens up? This is not something RealPlayer is designed to do nor have we heard this happen for anyone else. Therefore, please confirm if this is what you are doing?
