I need to speak or chat with the billing department concerning the error RealPlayer made with my monthly plan, I chose a monthly payment of $4,99 a month, instead you charged me $49.99. I am not able to pay $49.99 at this time, and I did not choose the Yearly plan, I highlighted the $4.99. If your customer service is on the up and up, please respond to me by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. I would love to have RealPlayer as an APP on my computer, if there is a problem crediting my credit card that you charged (BY MISTAKE) the $49.99 that I did not ok. I will be glad to have the $4.99 plan, if not I will have the bank to cancel this transaction. If you can not give me an answer soon by tomorrow hopefully today. This tells me you are not going to acknowledge your mistake and I will cancel Real player all together and continue to use the app I have already. Thank you Peggy Pylant
