Losing videos

Every time I add a video, without warning, Real Player is deleting a video.

Is there any phone suppoert?

Is there any way to stop them from removing one video for every one I add?

There is nothing in the inticement to join Real Networks that even suggests that the ability to record videos would be limited and that we thus should be careful about adding to many videos. I have unwittingly lost 20 important videos through this clanestine deleting of videos.

  There is no setting to delete any file without a user intervention. Can you please provide us with the following information?

  • What is the version of your RealPlayer?
  • What is the format of the video you are adding?
