RealPlayer only works on Pc and not Roku/rv.

Can only watch realtimes vidoes on my pc.  I have tried linking my roku/tv with realtimes several times.  It always says it is successfully linked, but then it does not work.  I click realtimes on roku/home it flashes and then just returns back to the menu.  This has been going on for over 2 months.  Please fix or send instructions as to how to cancel this bad service.

  The same happens to me when I try watching my videos on my tv with Roku.  I'd like to know why this happens too.  I do hope you get an answer because I'd like to know as well.
