RealPlayer Trimmerが使えません

先週2020年版にupしたところです。

Real Downloaderで動画をダウンロードしました。これをRealPlayerTrimmerで一部を切り取ろうとしてドラッグしましたが、無効マークが出て使用できません。

どうすればいいでしょうか、方法を教えて下さい。

なお2020年版にupする前にダウンロードした動画は、RealPlayerTrimmerが使用できます。

  We don't offer support in Japanese. Can you please let us know what happens when you use the Trimmer function? Are you seeing any error messages? What type of file are you trimming?
