realplayer 2020 アップしてから動画ダウンロードできない

最近、realplayer 2020 にアップしたら、今までダウンロードできた動画ファイルがダウンロードできません、と表示される。

 

アップしたくなかったが、サポートのこともあるのでアップしてだめになった。仕方なく、アプリを削除してインストールしたが同じ。

サイトに書いてある環境設定はすべてやったが「ダウンロードできない」となる。

みなさんは、変わりなくダウンロードできますか。

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download and the web browser you are using?

  I can't download after 2020 version up.

  I use Google Chrome.

  Are you seeing the Downloader button in Chrome? Can you try using a different browser such as Edge or Firefox and let us know what happens?
