    By default, all videos are stored in your Videos folder. Can you browse to your Videos folder and let us know if you are seeing your files there? In the meanwhile, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
