    We don't offer phone support. We have noticed that this happens on really long videos. Our engineering team is working of making it faster. That said, please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer with your gmail address as this is the email associated with your Plus account. 

    Lastly, not sure if you have the latest version but we fixed the slow speeds recently. Here are the instructions to make sure you have the latest version.
