How to find a device (my tv) to stream to

Would like to cast a video to my tv. I can see the tv upstairs when I click the cast to button but it's not the right one.

  Are you able to cast to that same TV using a different app? If yes, please restart your computer and try again. Please make sure your PC and the Chromecast is on the same Wi-Fi network.
