Unable to open YouTube on Real Player screen

I'm unable to open youtube from the Web by using the File/Open/youtube.com in real player.  I get the following screen to update my browser.  I've updated to Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge with no results. Youtube will not open.

  My youtube will not download when I click download - nothing happens I get a realplayer screen with no download action happening. whats going on?

  Also if I want to burn a cd - I hot burn in the left column but nothing happens

  This is a message from YouTube. They have stopped supporting Internet Explorer. As the message indicates, please use an alternate browser directly and go to YouTube. You can directly download videos with our RealDownloader when you open YouTube in a suggested/compatible browser.

  With regards to the burn option, can you please send us a screenshot of your RealPlayer?
