Grainy downloads

I have been using the Real Player downloading software for at least a year. As recently as mid November I downloaded a video clip and the picture was sharp and clean. I just purchased the express package, and while the download speed is impressive, the downloaded video clips are all fuzzy and grainy, as if they were recorded in 360P instead of the 1080P that is customary now. To make sure the problem was not my computer, I downloaded a free online video recording software, and the video it recorded was again clean and sharp. I prefer to use the Real Player software that I paid for, but this is aggravating. Does anyone have any suggestions or similar experience?

  I'm now encountering the same errors on both my laptop and PC, so it's not a Windows 11 issue. I suspect the downloads are failing because they haven’t been tested by RealNetworks. My system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, which might be contributing to the issue. I've attached my screenshots for reference. Visit this site for more details: free fire bio style code
