How can I get a refund

Clicked on link that said RealPlayer Download would work on Mac OS.
it doesn't.

Won't work on my iPad either.  So I purchased for nothing.  I need my money back and I will forget that I just spent way too much time figuring out what doesn't work about your app or software.
