No Downloading from You Tube

I have checked the upgrade as you suggested, and I already have the latest. I still can't download. can you please check the setup at your end and rectify the issue. As a premium user for a long time, I have never had this issue before.

  You haven't fixed it. i still can't download from You Tube.

  What error message do you get when you download?
   
  In the meanwhile, can you please let us know the following information:
   
  Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.
   
  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  I have had RealPlayer for years and have never had this problem. What is the deal?  If it is not fixed I will not be renewing.
