Please FIX the Download feature

I am a paid subscriber, and the frequency of errors is ghastly! When are you going to fix the downloading feature? You say your recent update is February 24th, but the app is unable ot update, saying the latest feature is of an earlier date.

FIX ISSUES!

  Don't update unless you already paid them or are willing to pay for the newer real player version. They have disabled all features on 24 that I purchased. Scamming thiefs!!!!
