Hello,

I have purchased RealPlayer, but I am still unable to download videos from websites such as YouTube and other video platforms.

The download feature is not working properly, and I cannot save any videos.

Please help me fix this issue as soon as possible, or guide me on what I should do.

  I’m having a similar issue on my side as well. Not sure what’s causing it, but it would be great if someone could share a workaround or confirm if this is being looked into.
