No Privacy

I have a subscription and I have set up private mode with a pin.

I have a video in my Pc/cloud Library that I successfully added to the realplayer but it will not allow me to add it to my private collection. It's grayed out. Why is this? For the record, I have tons of videos in private mode so its not like it shouldn't be working.

  If a video is stored in your PC and in the Cloud, you can't make it "Private". You can only videos that are stored in the PC's hard disk. You can't make a Cloud video "Private".
