Saving video and sending link

After I download a video or any video I have downloaded I trim them. I'm using Windows 11. Realplayer doesn't allow me to save it, anywhere. 

  That as well as sharing. When I try to send a link to a video it doesn't allow me.

  It just doesn't do anything.  It's not my pc because I have plenty of space. It's those two features on Realplayer.

 On my phone I can send the link. Obviously I can't trim the video on my phone.

 It's Realplayer itself on my pc.

  Can you please let us know what happens when you save a trimmed video? Are you seeing any error messages when doing so? If no messages, have you reinstalled RealPlayer on your PC?
