Having problem redownloading replayer downloader

I had some problems downloading and converting videos to mp3. I deleted real player and try to redownload it and gets a message that Microsoft does not recognize the app I want to download and there cannot download the app. Please advise.

  This is a Windows setting that you setup. You have configured your Windows to install only from Windows store. If you disable this setting, you can download from www.real.com. When you see a message from Windows "The app you're trying to install isn't a verified app from the Store", you can close "Change my app recommendation settings" and select "Allow apps from anywhere".
