ERROR MESSAGE WHEN BURNING A DVD

Hello. When I attempt to burn a DVD, the error message comes up:

"end of file: error parsing ac3 audio stream"

I have not had this problem before, but I can see that it has occurred with many people. Would you please inform me how this can definitely be resolved.

  You may see Parsing AC3 Audio stream errors if the videos you are trying to burn have incompatible codecs in them. The best solution would be to convert those videos you are trying to burn into MP4 using RealConverter and then burn the converted MP4s.
