Hi. I updated to premium 2 weeks ago for 39.99.  Still no premium features. I tried all the solutions realplayer support had on their site, but to no avail. I would like my premium features.

  We don't see any purchased made under your hotmail address. Did you use an alternate email address when you made the purchase?
