Error message after each DVD burned -

"General exception error - incorrect parameter" I have to quickly click OK or else next DVD won't burn and I have to restart program all over again to burn a further copy of same video

  The error message is too generic however incorrect parameter says it could be a hardware failure. To make sure it is not a software error, please reinstall RealPlayer and try again. If you see the same error again, your DVD drive is probably dying.

  This is a new computer with new DVD drive.  I got exactly the same error message with my previous desktop PC so i suggest it is not hardware

  I have had this problem since i commenced using Real Player.  I have reinstalled RealPlayer but no benefit
