Inability to pair mobile app with my RealPlayer desktop app

I’m not the first person to post this complaint here. Can you have your mobile app developers re-examine their product? I can’t get my videos etc on my RealPlayer app on my iPhone. Thank you.

  You will need to have an active RealTimes Premium subscription to see your PC videos on your RealPlayer mobile app. We see that you have a free account your gmail account. If you have a RealTimes Premium subscription, please sign into the mobile app with the email address associated with the subscription.
