See the attached screenshot of my account. It very clearly says that I have RealTime Premium. I paid for it and I should get all of the features. There is obviously something wrong with your system...

The first three can be played. The rest are locked.

I can see them all. But only three are accessible. The rest are locked. And when I try to open them I get a message saying that I need to upgrade to Premium. But I already did.
