3. CAN'T SIGN IN TO REALPLAYER PLUS

RealPlayer needs to change so we can manually sign in.  It always says restart your computer, and that doesn't fix it.

When are you going to fix this?  It has been 3 months, maybe 4.

Also I tried to convert to Real Media HD and then burn a video disk and that didn't work either.  I got a scrambled video that looked like a bunch of diagonal colored lines like a 1950's tv set.
