Realplayer works now
now real realplayer can play every file thankz for update.now all my videos play good.

i have the same problem with new update so we need to wait for new codec missing of playing some files only audio no video.it is more than a month that realplayer support says we working to fix.r...

hi realplayer is not playing videos which mkv files i did every still i have problem i try with free media player which vlc media player it play good with video but realplayer cant play only audio ...

TS.files playing without picture
hi realplayer is playing ts files videos before good now it pla without picture only sound i did install k-lite codec it is not working and also reinstall the realplayer can help .
