Yay, I can finally download and use the convert to MP3 button, first time since 25 Sept.

and nobody from the site gives any updates on the problem other than 'it's fixed' which it certainly isn't.

Can't download again today. Think i'll abandon realplayer for something more reliable.

I have now got the downloader after a reinstall but unable to convert to MP3. Co-pilot states youtube have updated their downloading software again. Apparently Real are trying to resolve the issues.

I just reinstalled latest version, can now download from youtube but cannot convert to mp3.

This service is not worth bothering with now, why should we suddenly have to pay extra for what we previously enjoyed for nothing, i will not recommend Realplayer to anyone again.
