@RN support the above link worked for me.  I found the work around - log out of your Youtube account and try getting a new link

Thanks @Steven - I am not able to find this.  I turned of my VPN and still have the problem.  @RealNet people will you please address this.  I did pay $24.99 for something I am not able to use now!!
