how do I get my money back?  I've tried emailing but they just answer me with a congratulatory hello to Real Player. Too many features just don't work despite the newest version.

I can trim fine..but can't save the trim. Says either I can't overwrite the file or it can't find the file. Changing the file name does not help.  I have windows 10 and just bought the Player.  Bum...
