3. Duplicate accounts in realplayer cloud account...cannot reinstall realplayer ..need to delete one of the accounts before correct reinstall

When I reinstall RealPlayer,,after reinstallation when I attempt to play a selection from my cloud account..RealPlayer"freezes"..I got a message stating that i had duplicate accounts in my Realplay...
