I never got an email, so I guess the issue is still not resolved. Two days ago I got a message to update my RealPlayer, and I did. I still can't burn a DVD, and I get the same stupid message which ...

I just reinstalled Real Player and the first time I tried to burn some files I again got this message, "end of file: error parsing ac3 audio stream" . Why is this still happening?

Yesterday I converted 5 files to RMHD; it took 26 hrs.! But I was able to burn these files without a problem. But really 26 hrs. is way too long.

3. Costomer Support How do you get hold of anyone at real player?

What is going on @ Real Player? I can't get any customer support! I have uninstalled & installed about 10 times in the last two weeks, and nothing works. Where is the support?
