I uninstalled, downloaded v18 and reinstalled it. Everything works fine now.

I uninstalled v20, downloaded v18 and reinstalled it.  Download works with v18.

Same problem in Edge and no response from support about this problem.  Wish I had the previous version download saved so I could go back.  Not likely to pay them with this kind of support.
