I un installed and re installed real player still same problem "unable to download" what else can I do?

I get the message "unable to download" already tried the tips from the link with no result I just upgrade the player to latest(plus) i'm using internet explorer and I have windows 10

unable to download message when trying to download. I tried the 2 tips regarding this on the help page but with no luck. it happens with all the videos I tried to download I have the latest version...
