Have been with realplayer for years...Every now and then a problem arises..this has to do with burning a dvd from realplayer...i have reinstalled 3 times and when the dvd is minutes from completing...

Attempt to burn a video and get the message DECODER IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THIS SYSTEM....Been with realplayer a long time...whats up...how to fix this...

Can not burn dvd....Realplayer preminu subscriber for years....windows 10...go to burn dvd get message...realplayer burn system not initalized no compatable device found or a system error has occur...

Was able to convert music videos to i tunes...now in the converter it will not let me check the box to convert to i tunes...i can check the box to convert to the realplayer library but not i tunes....
