UPDATE I did as you said and was able to download the video but only by pasting the web address into realdownloader.  I still get the unable to download message when I hit the download video tab.

update.  It actually downloaded even tho it says unable to download.  However it made a .ts file, in different sizes.  When I tried to play I got sound but a black screen.  No video.
