can't sign-in
I have windows 10 most recent update and use Webroot security. It just stopped being able to sign-in. All I get is a dialog box saying Offline.html.

Not only are teh downloads very slow. the graph shows the about 100mb file is down downloading, but the bar stays blue for long periods of time. The video does not play until the blue line disappe...

I started having a problem with downloading from YouTube after Windows updated my computer yesterday. Up until yesterday it worked fine.
