Once again for YouTube, RealDownloader stating ' RealPlayer cannot download videos on this page'.  Other sites still work

Yet again, downloader suddenly stops working for YouTube.  Last week, the solution was to reinstall.  Well, that worked less than a week.  So sorry I paid for this program.

It stopped working weeks ago for EVERYONE then the other day started working again.  It is now ONCE AGAIN no longer working.  This program is garbage and fees should be refunded.

'unable to download from this site' message suddenly for all YouTube videos. It was working consistently then stopped. My realplayer is up to date and even since this issue started, I tried upgradi...
