 Windows  fix for Downloader not working. Simple instructions on how to fix   

1. Go into Settings. 2. Open   Windows Security 3. Open   Virus & Threat protection 4. Open   manage ransomware protection 5. Open   Allow an app through Controlled folder access.

This will give you a list of folders that are being blocked. Remove all of the RealPlayer folders. This will reset the folder as to let the RealPlayer apps to go through.
