Hi.!  Every time I open the Realplayer program, my computer accelerates excessively. please help.

My computer is: a Lenovo 64 - and 16 gb of memory. I love my Real player.

The acceleration happened only on Real players program.

  Can you please follow these instructions after opening up RealPlayer? This information will help us better understand what might be causing it.

  • Open RealPlayer.
  • Open Task Manager.
  • Under Processes tab, click CPU until you see it in Descending order.
  • Please take a screenshot of the Task Manager displaying the highest CPU usage
