 hi realnetwork can i download mp3 songs from some site how can i download with realdownloader and i have windows 10 and realplayer is updated and some video not download i restart the realdownloader still not downloading some videos i dont know what is the problem.it is says not video found at this web adress and realdownloader has stopped working error

  To resolve the issue with "No videos to download on this page", you'll need to uninstall the RealPlayer version you have and then install the latest one - for instructions, please refer to: Uninstall and reinstall RealPlayer on Windows

  Note: Please note that, with RealDownloader, you can only download video files. Once you've downloaded a video, you can then convert it to mp3 audio only using RealConverter - see: Convert music videos to audio tracks

  How come ...after downloading a video ...it still blinks saying collecting file ...and it keeps blinking for ever ...then it crashes sayin : downloader has stopped working  close program ????!!!!! I thought once  a video is downloaded the job is completed ??????

  Joseph,

  When a video is being downloaded, it merges the audio and video of the file and that is why you see it is converting. Sometimes, depending on size of the video and speed of the Internet, it may take longer. However, if it closes on you, it is quite possible something is wrong with the installation. Please reinstall RealPlayer to resolve this issue.

  Uninstall and reinstall RealPlayer on Windows
