I have been a customer for many years and paid for your service! it never worked well at all and now you want me to pay again, when I just paid you last year! if this your new plan with only 20 gb, delete my account and program finally looks like it may work, finally!

  We are happy to announce that the recent issue affecting YouTube downloads has been resolved. 
   
  If you are still experiencing problems, please make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer Downloader installed. 
   
  For older versions of RealPlayer (v.22 & v.20/20), an update will be released soon.
