What version of Realplayer do I have???

I upgraded my service sometime ago to what I thought was the Premium service. But now that I've found some time to actually use it, I cannot access the premium features. So what did I purchase? I can't keep up with this constant upgrading. Please respond. Thanks.

  Hello,

  Our records show that you've purchased the latest version of RealPlayer - i.e. RealPlayer 18 Plus.

  You can check your current plan by yourself. Here's how:
    a) Go to: https://realtimes.real.com/myaccount.
    b) If you are not already signed in, sign in with your credentials (email address and password associated with the purchase).
    c) Click ''Plans'' in the left-hand column and you will see your current plan. 

  NOTE: To be able to access the Plus features you need to be signed it with the respective credentials (i.e.email address and your password); you can sign out and sign back in -- here's how: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040653.
