About half or more of the videos I try to download from YouTube come up with this error message: failed to convert. I do not get this message on other sites I try to download from that allow it. What can be done?

You can try uninstalling the program as explained here:

After that reinstall RealPlayer using the alternate(full) installation file. To do so, please follow these steps:
- Go to: http://www.real.com/ and download RealPlayer.
- Run the downloaded installation file and wait until the following window appears and close it.
- Click the "Alternate Installer" button. This will download the full installation file, which is larger.
- Run the downloaded full installation file and follow the steps to install RealPlayer.

Every time I try to download a video it would start to download and stop. Then I would get a message saying unable to download. How do I go about getting this problem rectify?

Please follow these steps to resolve your issue.
1. Open Chrome, Firefox or Edge browser
2. Go to YouTube and play any video
3. Click on the Download button (You will still receive a "No videos to download" message)
4. Close the browser
5. Restart your PC and go back to download a video now. (Step 3 through Step 5 will update the RealDownloader and you should be able to download videos again)If the downloader still doesn't work for you, please let us know.
