DVD Playback
We bought the $40 Plus version but DVD playback is horrible - the on screen menu does not work and green squares flash during playback.

I just purchased the Plus version and installed the playback components as requested on screen. I restarted the computer. The playback appears the same as in the above post, pink and green backgrounds. Also the playback starts and stops and the program closes. What is the solution?
