How do I get the realplayer download Icon back at the top of my web browser?
I right clicked on the real download icon at the top of my web browser. Then it took me to settings where I choose to have it show up as it did with windows 7 browser by moving the mouse. Currently it is now doing that as in windows 7, so I want the download icon back up top of the browser for windows 10. How do I put it back up there as I cannot find the settings window that took it off?

Thomas,
Please make sure you have it enabled in RealDownloader. You can follow these steps to enable the Download button.
1. Open RealDownloader.
2. Click the RealDownloader logo from the top left corner and click Preferences.
3. Check the button "Turn on Download This Video in Chrome, Edge and Firefox".
4. Click OK.
If it is already enabled, please make sure RealDownloader is not disabled in the Startup. You can open the Start up tab by going to the taskmanager.

We don't offer phone support. What web browser are you using? The Downloader will work only with Chrome, Edge or Firefox.
