First, I see you have a new app for my Android Asus model. C'mon you guys. It seems there's always a glich in your system. Yes, I want to install the newer app to my tablet. Click install, fine. Next it directs me to sign in, fine. Now it goes right back to do you want to install, hmmmm? why yes I do, without all the b.s.  Why don't you people actually try to do this before you put it up. I asked you to make your app just like the computer version. How hard is that to do? Google's e-mail is just like the computer version. What's the problem with laying it out like the computer version? Video's, photo's, private. When I open video's I want to see the same thing I see on my computer, A to Z. How about being able to record from you tube to R.P. I know the trick on my computer. To open a page, type in youtube then the box appears at the top, find the video and download it. Easy. Really, why can't, or won't you let me see my video's like on my computer? That recording thing, I'll do that on my p.c.. That works fine I don't know, maybe you did make corrections to that piece of crap you have on my tablet. So, pretty please mail me back. Also, there's the issue of paying $29.99 yearly for that deal with the cloud. I have no use for that. You were supposed to refund that money to me but that never happened. Other than that, I love your product. I don't need to update my version 18. It works fine. I see you did update stuff on my computer so that may make a difference. Thanks.
