Just paid for premium download and my account still says free app

I upgraded to premium this morning, and downloaded and installed Real Player (Realtimes) I have two issues , 

a) the local player does not show my cloud content.

b) both local and cloud account settings say I am on free version of RealPlayer / Times.  

Do not know what is going on , thinking of rejecting the payment this morning on my credit card as this may be a scam...

To enable your RealPlayer Plus features and be able to see your Cloud content on your PC, you need to sign in to RealPlayer with your email and password - see:

Signing in to RealPlayer

Once your Plus features are enabled, you'll see a star next to your email in the top right corner of the player. This indicates that you have access to the paid features.

Note: To verify that you have successfully upgraded to RealPlayer Plus, you need to go to the Plans section of your account.

So I sign into my account - see the star, and see current plan (paid 39.99 for 1GB PC Plus account - I expect to see both Cloud and local content with this. 

However I still do not see the videos on my cloud account. Please advise ..

You seem to have 1.00 GB free space out of a total of 1.00 GB Cloud space at the moment, which means that, apparently, you don't currently have any content uploaded to RealCloud. (See your Plan Summary at the bottom of the main page of your account.)
